Return conditions
On this page you will find practical information on returns and the right of withdrawal. for purchases made on rionerocaffe.it.
1. Return of coffee machines
For coffee machines purchased on the site, the Customer has the right to exercise the withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date, as required by the legislation on distance contracts.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- the return request must be sent within 14 days of delivery;
- The machine must be returned in its original box , complete with all accessories, manuals and internal packaging;
- the product must not show any obvious damage due to improper use or tampering;
- The return shipment must be adequately packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. In case of defective product or incorrect shipment, the costs may be borne by Rionerocaffè, after verifying the reported problem.
2. Return of coffee and food products
For coffee, capsules, pods and other food products , for hygiene and safety reasons Returns are only possible if the packages are intact , that is:
- closed and sealed packages, unopened and unused;
- external packaging not seriously damaged;
- expiration date not exceeded.
It is not possible to return food products that are opened, used or without the original packaging . The Customer naturally retains the right to report any defects, damages or shipping errors: In these cases we will evaluate the replacement or refund according to the law.
3. How to request a return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@rionerocaffe.it indicating:
- name and surname;
- order number;
- product or products you intend to return;
- reason for return (optional, but useful for improving the service).
- Wait for our confirmation with the return shipping instructions and the exact address to ship to;
- Carefully package the products, including a copy of the order or a sheet of paper with your information inside the package;
- Send the package using a traceable courier, keeping the shipping receipt.
4. Refund
Once we have received the return and verified the integrity of the products, we will proceed with the refund within a reasonable time, using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
The refunded amount will cover the returned products; any original shipping costs and return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of defective products or errors attributable to Rionerocaffè.
