Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “ Conditions ”) govern the purchase of products through the rionerocaffe.it website and the related Rionerocaffè shop (hereinafter, the “ Site ”), pursuant to Legislative Decree 70/2003 (electronic commerce) and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”).
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer declares that he has read, understood and accepted these Conditions.

2. Scope of application
These Conditions apply to all sales of products made to consumers and, unless otherwise specified, also to professional customers who purchase through the Site. In the event of a conflict between the rules applicable to consumers and professionals, the mandatory provisions for the protection of the consumer shall prevail.
3. Product information
The essential characteristics of the products are described in the relevant product sheets on the Site (description, size, quantity, ingredients where applicable, price, any discounts, and availability). The images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be fully representative of the actual product, despite their description.
4. Prices, VAT and shipping costs
All prices listed on the Site are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs and any additional charges (e.g., cash on delivery) are clearly indicated before order confirmation and are summarized on the checkout page and in the confirmation email.
5. Registration on the Site
Creating an account on the Site is optional. By registering, the Customer agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information and not to disclose their login credentials to third parties, which remain personal and confidential. RIONERO SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be used illegally or in violation of these Terms.
6. Conclusion of the contract
The purchase procedure is considered completed when the Customer:
- adds the desired products to the cart;
- fill in the required data for billing/shipping;
- select the payment method;
- expressly accept these Conditions by means of the appropriate checkbox
- send the order by clicking on the confirmation button.
Receipt of the order is confirmed via email containing a summary of the products purchased, price, shipping costs, customer information, and a link to these Conditions, in compliance with the Consumer Code.
7. Payment methods
Available payment methods are indicated at checkout and may include, but are not limited to:
- credit and debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard);
- digital payments (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, other electronic wallets, if activated).
If paying by card or electronic systems, the charge is made at the time of ordering. Transactions are handled through secure third-party platforms; payment data is not stored on RIONERO SRL servers.
8. Shipping, delivery and transfer of risk
Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times, costs, and couriers used are indicated at checkout and in the shipping section of the website.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding; any delays do not give rise to compensation, except as provided by the Consumer Code. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the packaging and the correspondence of the products. Any anomalies must be reported to the courier and to RIONERO SRL as soon as possible.
9. Right of withdrawal (consumer customers only)
The Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days of delivery of the products, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
9.1 Methods of exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send RIONERO SRL, within 14 days, an explicit communication (for example, a letter sent by post, email, or certified email) containing:
- the will to withdraw;
- the order number and date of purchase;
- the products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- your identification and contact details.
9.2 Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, RIONERO SRL will refund the Customer all payments received in relation to the order, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs due to choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive one offered), within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
The refund may be suspended until the products are received or until the Customer demonstrates that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
9.3 Return of products
The products must be returned to RIONERO SRL without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicated the withdrawal, intact, unused, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories and documents.
Unless otherwise agreed, the direct costs of return are borne by the Customer.
9.4 Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code, including, for example:
- supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on food products (such as coffee or creams) whose packaging has been opened, tampered with, or is deemed unsuitable for re-sale.
10. Defective or non-compliant products – Legal guarantee
Pursuant to articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code, the products purchased by the consumer Customer are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to have the goods restored, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, in the cases provided for by law.
For purchases made by professional customers (B2B), the provisions of the Civil Code apply (12-month guarantee, unless otherwise provided by law).
11. Limitation of liability
RIONERO SRL is not responsible for disruptions attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable events (e.g., strikes, network failures, interruptions in shipping services) that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the expected timeframe.
Under no circumstances will RIONERO SRL be held liable for indirect, unforeseeable, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit or opportunity), except to the extent permitted by law.
12. Use of the Site and intellectual property
All content on the Site (brands, logos, images, text, graphics, layout) is the property of RIONERO SRL or authorized third parties and is protected by copyright and industrial property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the content is prohibited.
13. Protection of personal data
Customers' personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable national legislation. For further information, Customers can consult the Site's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy .
14. Complaints, ODR and dispute resolution
Any complaints can be sent to RIONERO SRL at the contact details indicated in point 1.
Consumers residing in the European Union can use the European ODR platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online sales contracts, available at:

15. Applicable law and competent court
These Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the possible application of mandatory provisions of the country of residence of the consumer Customer.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, or termination of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy. For professional customers, the Court of Naples has exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
16. Changes to the Terms
RIONERO SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on the Site and will apply to orders placed after that date. Customers are therefore encouraged to consult this page periodically.
